We  do AC-Delco and SU Mechanical Fuel Pump repairs and AC-Delco combined Fuel and Vacuum Pumps. While apart steel components are zinc plated, usually silver or gold and alloy parts are bead blasted. Mounting flanges and sealing surfaces are resurfaced. Items such as AC Delco Fuel Pump valves are part of our service.

We can supply a fuel pump kit to suit your requirements, for instance the popular AC Delco fuel pump kit, and carry a large selection of new body parts. Where a fuel pump kit is not available, we punch out and fit a new diaphragm to the existing operating arm.  New mechanical fuel pump valves, diaphragms, seals and gaskets are always fitted.

All our fuel pump diaphragm materials will withstand modern fuels.

Rebuilt fuel pumps are tested dry, as it is time consuming to remove residue before freighting. The pump undergoes vacuum and pressure tests to ascertain correct operation.

The rebuilt fuel pump will look and perform like new.
